Welcome to Atlantic City!
To those who have already arrived in Atlantic City—welcome! We are so excited to get started tomorrow!
Rehearsals & Wristbands
For all rehearsals, please meet near the escalators inside the ballroom entrance. Look for the ballroom labeled WILDWOOD 8, where Dance Project staff will be waiting for you. The ballrooms are located near the food court and pool, with the entrance next to the gym.
Wristbands will be distributed starting at 11:30 AM near our meeting spot before rehearsals begin. If you arrive after wristband distribution, please find a Dance Project staff member to receive your wristband.
Important: Wristbands must be worn for the entire week. They are required for the safety and security of our dancers. Anyone under the age of 18 does not need a wristband.
Competition Information
Competition will be held on the second floor of the ballrooms. Enter through the ballroom entrance and take the escalators upstairs. You will see signs directing you to the dressing rooms and the stage. Elevators are also available for anyone who needs them.
Dressing Rooms
Please do not leave bags or personal belongings in the dressing rooms after you have finished dancing. With more than 20 studios attending, it's important to keep your belongings with you to help prevent anything from being lost or misplaced.
The One Beat staff is very kind and welcoming, and we ask that everyone show them the same courtesy. If you have any competition-related questions or concerns, please direct them to Ms. Darlene, who will be happy to address them with the event staff.
Dancer Safety
We have noticed dancers walking around the casino without an adult. Please ensure that all dancers are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. It is a very busy weekend at the hotel with MMA Fight Night and summer weekend crowds, your dancers' safety is our top priority.
Please remember to pick up your child after rehearsal and check out with a Dance Project staff member before leaving.
Thank you all again! We can't wait to see everyone on stage. Have a wonderful week, and good luck to all of our dancers!
